Thursday evening Dump Circuit ITT # 2

Warm, sunny conditions greeted 24 starters in the second Dump Circuit TT of the summer evening series. The typically flukey wind gave very little in the way of a tailwind according to rider reports and didn't suit some. But obviously it didn't faze others with some quick times being posted.
